Custom package is one-time payment and your quota will not expire. You can buy an amount of credits and use them whenever you like ('pay as you go'). Also, you can buy it as many times as you want and the credits will be added to your account.

Subscriptions charge you every month for a fixed amount of credits. Not used credits do not roll over at the end of the month. In exchange they are up to 50% cheaper than custom package.

How are the operation measured?
Conversions and processing are measured in credits. A file < 1 MB consumes 1 credit, a 1MB - 2MB file consumes 2 credits, etc. Pretty simple: 1MB = 1 credits
Can I share my package/subscription with multiple accounts?
Of course you can. In your accounts settings you can generate as many api keys as you want indistinctly.
Can I combine packages and subscriptions?
Yes! Your credits from your monthly subscription will be consumed first, and then your package credits will be consumed. At this point you will have noticed that you have 2 types of credits: the package credits and the subscription credits.
In what moment are the credits added to my account?
When you make a purchase the system automatically verifies the payment. Once the payment is confirmed the credits are automatically added to your account. The payment can take some minutes (up to 1 hour). Make sure the card has credit and is valid, otherwise the tokens will not be added.
Which payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
When can I cancel/change my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term. You can also change your subscription to a different plan at any time, but your remaining subscription credits will expire. If you cancel your subscription and you have package credits, these credits will remains so you can use them.
